Amenities at Lochside Apartment

The self-catering apartment on Loch Katrine accommodates up to six people and occupies the second and third floors of the building, commanding expansive and stunning views over the loch and mountains of the Trossachs. The views change throughout the day and seasons but it is often the sunrises that make a spectacular start to the day. The skylights on the top floor provide plenty of natural light and provide extensive panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

The apartment is accessed by a long staircase and on the first level there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with stunning views. One is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while the other two are twin rooms. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom with rain shower on this floor.

The top floor comprises a comfortable open plan living room with lounge kitchen/dining room. The well-equipped includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster.

Car parking is available for two cars.

Open-plan Living Area

On the top-floor of the apartment, you will find the cosy living space, featuring a comfortable seating area with a 32-inch TV. With skylight windows in the ceiling, this room has lots of light, and the end window provides a magnificent view over Loch Katrine.

3 Spacious Bedrooms

Lochside Apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people across four twin beds and one king-size bed. All three bedrooms have stunning views over the loch. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and the other two bedrooms are served by a lovely walk-in rain shower and modern washbasin and WC.

Open-plan Kitchen

Half of the top-floor living area features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with essential appliances and seating for up to 6 people. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and counter-top-height fridge and freezer. There is a coffee maker, and plenty of pans and cooking utensils to suit all your cooking needs.

Brand-new bathrooms

In 2022, the two bathrooms at lochside apartment were fully refurbished with a new, modern look. Both are equipped with a rain shower and waterfall taps, and are enhanced with beautiful stoneware tiles.

En-suite

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a rain shower, washbasin, toilet and towel rail.

Views over Loch Katrine

In both the house and apartment, every room has its own stunning view over Loch Katrine and the mountains of the Trossachs.

On-site Parking

There's plenty space for 2 cars outside Lochside Apartment, as well as picnic benches for lounging and admiring the view!
